Current processing time can always be found in the banner at the top of the website. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, in the event that your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please email us as soon as possible at prettyplannercrafts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
